Vision

In my 16 years of professional experience, I have had the opportunity to work for a number diverse companies (small, medium and big) and I have learned that in many medium-sized business have distinct advantages, but the opportunities were wasted by lack of value added strategies and tactics.

In some businesses, the flexibility and low fixed cost of medium-sized companies become a true competitive advantage. But this is not enough; there must be a need for strategies and procedures that channel these strengths in such a way that generate a higher value perceived by the client and to transform this value into present and future profitability for the company.

Historically, the big companies have had access to well-known consultant firms that define their strategies or hire specialized professionals in key positions. On the other hand, the medium-sized companies have traditionally had trouble contracting and paying for the high costs of such large consulting firms, or they find that the solutions that were proposed by these firms are not applicable to their business structure.

This challenge hides an opportunity and through this analysis that we arrived at the following question “Why not use the competitive advantage of the medium-sized organizations to help the medium-sizes companies”? My vision was to organize a consultancy that can capture the professional knowledge of medium-sized organizations to give solutions of high value to the companies while in turn maintain its flexibility and very low fixed cost.

Six years ago I began advising service and production companies on variety of diverse items. I also developed businesses (start up) for companies and departments. In all these cases, I equipped myself with a team of professionals from other sectors and/or other areas. This allowed me to have access to expertise necessary to carry out a professional customize work for the client without additional costs. Four years ago I decided to formalize this working system in PAC, a consultant for medium companies with the soul and dreams of large companies.
